• Locally family-owned company • Agricultural industry • Time and ½ after 50 hours An opportunity has arisen to join the team at a leading provider of irrigation solutions servicing Mid Canterbury clients. If you thrive in a role that has a demand for accuracy alongside efficient and effective time management, we currently have a full-time, permanent vacancy for your next challenge. The purpose of the role is to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly and customers’ expectations (external and internal) are met within specific deadlines – especially during seasonal peaks. This would suit someone who is familiar with agricultural machinery and parts, has knowledge of fittings and irrigation systems and is good at finding solutions and fixing problems. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining stock levels • Receiving incoming goods • Receipting outgoing goods • Dealing with customer enquiries • Packing and dispatching phone/fax/email orders • Packing/sorting project or service job parts • Entering/allocating parts into computer system • Ensuring store is kept clean and presentable • HT Licence, F Endorsement and OSH forklift preferable This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday including rostered Saturdays during peak season. Hours during summer are 7am-5pm with overtime as required and winter hours are 8am-5pm dependant on customer demands.
