Job Description We are currently seeking a fixed term, part time Office Administrator for our busy Complex to cover maternity leave.

The role will involve:

Updating and reconciling Xero.
Processing, entering and generating invoices and following up overdue accounts.
Account receivables and payables.
Preparing statements and invoices for payments.
General office administration, and duties.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:

Confidence, motivation and willingness to learn.
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Xero, Receipt Bank, Outlook, Word, Excel, accounts payable and receivable and computers in general.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Great communication skills and be comfortable answering phones and emails.
A positive work attitude and be willing and able to work diligently and independently.

This role is part time with 15-20 hours per week and flexible working days, with a start date as soon as possible and a mid-October end date, full training will be given.
