Things move quick around here, so we’re looking for someone like-minded and agile who is ready to do the best work of their career. The role encompasses all operational office-based aspects of the business, ensuring Kilworths remains a high-performing agency with an ethical approach to customer advice.

You will excel in this role if you can take care of these critical functions:

Existing Business administration – update policies, database administration, correspondence with clients, identify new opportunities
Claims – manage claims process with customer and insurer, coordinate requirements and ensure completion to deadline
Inbound and Outbound Contact – directing and resolving queries by email, phone, post, face to face
We’re keen for someone who might also be able to assist with:

General office management – health and safety monitoring, office presentation, stationery orders, manage suppliers and service providers
Accounting – Accounts payable/receivable, commissions management, reconciliations using Xero, GST, payroll, cashflow management and monthly reporting

You’ll be an exceptional administrator with attention to detail, strong organisational skills, the ability to work unsupervised, and the ability to multi-task. You’re committed to improvement of systems processes and practices, and you’ll be confident with technology and working in a paperless environment.

You have a flexible and positive attitude, where you’re up for anything, and nothing is impossible!

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
