In a high scoring game, the travelling team won 46-34 to earn a berth in Canterbury Rugby League Division One grand final on Saturday against Burnham Chevaliers.

Central Otago player scoops $22 million Powerball prize

A lucky Powerball player from Central Otago will be living the dream after winning $22.3 million with Powerball First Division in tonight's live Lotto draw. 

The winning ticket was sold on MyLotto to a player from Central Otago. The total prize is made up of $22 million from Powerball First Division and $333,333 from Lotto First Division.
